    Looking here, it doesn't seem like there is any female human face with that combination of eyebrows, lips, and eyes.. I suppose there is a bunch of faces that were used for NPCs but were never added to customization because of graphical issues with customization sliders, considering they did add a bunch of faces with EoD that had such issues.
