La respuesta a «cuando se usa arrive to» es…..never! Arrive TO. Recordemos que la preposición TO indica dirección, es decir, la utilizaremos para indicar el destino al que nos dirigimos. Por lo tanto, podremos usar esta preposición con verbos como go o travel pero no sería correcto usarlo con arrive.

You can use both “Will Arrive” and “Will Be Arriving”, as they are grammatically correct. Use “Will Arrive” when trying to be assertive, and when your plans are certain. Use “Will Be Arriving” when there’s no need to be direct or your plans might change.
