Talk to Annette and work through the conversation topics. When conversation is over, try to interact with Annette’s Black Book on the counter, but she prevents you from looking at it. You need to find a way to distract her, so that you can have a look at that book. In your Inventory, use your MOBILE PHONE, and call Vera Security.
