Adelmo Fornaciari, Zucchero [ ˈ dz u kk e r o] (ur. 25 września 1955 w Reggio nell’Emilia) – włoski piosenkarz. Przed publicznością zadebiutował w 1982 roku na Festiwalu w San Remo piosenką „Una notte che vola via”, dzięki której znalazł się w finale. W 2003 roku wystąpił na Festiwalu w Sopocie .
