Hace 3 días · I am assuming for this question that it does successfully track the subject. I see people on YouTube using fixed AF points in situations where it seems like tracking would work better, and I figure maybe that tracking the subject adds to a delay while it analyses the scene?
Each set is a total of 1 minute. First 20 seconds are max out effort to get into red zone and sustain for the duration, rest 20 seconds and final 20 seconds go max out again. My issue is, I am unable to hit the red zone… can this indicate an underlying health issue? Or is this normal for someone who just started max out sprinting?
