Zak Richard Starkey (born 13 September 1965) is an English rock drummer who has performed and recorded with the English rock band the Who since 1996. He is also the third drummer to have appeared with the English rock band Oasis.

Ringo Starr, his father, gave him away, and Eddie Vedder, his best man, was present via video. The couple have a daughter, Luna Lee Lightnin, who was born on March 21, 2021.
