1 de ene. de 1998 · William Haines was a huge Hollywood star in the late 1920s and early 1930s, but his film career came to an abrupt end when his openly living with his same-sex partner became unacceptable for 1930s moralists. Haines, however, never went back on his commitment to his partner, and they stayed together until Haines' death in 1974.
