This was my introduction to Frisell. The soundtrack music is actually different versions of the tunes on the Bill Frisell Quartet -album with different instrumentation and a different band with Frisell, keyboard player Wayne Horvitz, accordionist Rob Burger and Eyvind Kang who plays on the Quartet album as well.

The festival will be at the Quilcene Lantern, a recently refurbished dairy barn turned music venue at 7360 Center Road.
