  4. This is the original Dutch vinyl LP release which had the Jimmy Webb song "Fingerpaint," correctly listed in the tracks. CBS wanted a single, so the song was quickly pulled and replaced by the very out-of-place "(What a) Wonderful World" with Paul Simon and James Taylor.
