12 de ene. de 2017 · 1 STRETCH a sheet of watercolour paper on a board. With a 2B pencil, draw up the key elements of the landscape. Reserve the lightest areas of the snow with masking fluid. Apply this with a fine nylon brush or a small pointed colour shaper.
Step 1. Using a full sheet of Arches Cold Press watercolor paper, I first soaked the paper in water, then stapled it to a stiff backing board. Re-wetting the bottom half of the paper, I first layed in the lighter blues of the shadows and river, splattering with clear water as the wash began to dry.
