Wassim Joseph Slaiby (Arabic: وسيم صليبي; born November 16, 1979), also known as Sal (stylized as SAL), is a Lebanese-Canadian record executive, talent manager, entrepreneur, and philanthropist. He co-founded the record label XO with Canadian singer the Weeknd in 2011, for whom he has also served as manager.
