    Violet Mary Cripps, Baroness Parmoor, née Nelson (1891–1983), was a British peeress. Lady Parmoor was the daughter of Sir William Nelson, 1st Baronet, and Margaret, née Hope. She married George Rowley on 20 April 1914, by whom she had a son, Michael Rowley (1915-1952), husband of Lady Sibell Lygon.
