After hitting increasingly lower tier venues in San Francisco by the late '70s, Cold Blood disbanded for most of the next decade; Pense focused her energies on child rearing.

Cold Blood hits it quickly and stays there for long stretches, submerging beneath Lydia Pense's powerful R&B voice.

Virually nothing in the way of liner notes. From the sound of it, I am guessing this was one of those KSAN live-in-the-studio broadcasts. The audio is good for the time, although on "Funky On My Back", towards the end, the sound abruptly goes lo-fi, and stays that way for the rest of the CD. If you are a Cold Blood fan, you will probably want this.
