26 de nov. de 2023 · To make the vanilla fudge recipe we start by adding the ingredients to a large heatproof jug. Start with the white chocolate then pour in the sweetened condensed milk, butter and vanilla. Next place the jug into the microwave and heat it on high for 2 minutes. Then use an oven mitt to remove the jug and give it a stir.
1 de sept. de 2023 · Prepare a 7×11 or 8×8 baking dish by lining with parchment paper. Place white chocolate baking chips in a microwave safe bowl. Add sweetened condensed milk and stir together. Heat in the microwave at 75%-80% power 1 minute at a time, stirring well after each minute.
The liquid should be creamy, buttery and golden. Once the liquid stage has been reached, increase the heat to medium-high and bring the liquid to a boil, stirring constantly. Do not stop stirring, or the mixture will burn. Continue to boil rapidly, stirring until the liquid reaches 112-115⁰ C / 234-240⁰ F (Soft Ball).
28 de mar. de 2017 · Once the mixture comes up to a rolling boil, let boil for 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and immediately add in the white chocolate chips, vanilla bean paste, and marshmallow fluff. Stir and stir until all of the white chocolate chips are melted. Pour into the prepared pan.

26 de nov. de 2019 · Line your intended dish with parchment paper. For 1-inch thick fudge, we used a 5×8 glass dish. In a heavy saucepan fixed with a candy thermometer, combine the heavy cream, sugar, light corn syrup, white chocolate and salt, bringing to a low simmer until sugar and chocolate has melted, approximately 5 minutes.
