The liquid should be creamy, buttery and golden. Once the liquid stage has been reached, increase the heat to medium-high and bring the liquid to a boil, stirring constantly. Smooth out top so the fudge is evenly distributed. Allow to sit at room temperature for at least 15 minutes to cool off before the freezer.
