You have to find a path to the place where it can be dropped down from. Go upstairs. You have to be at the top of the ladder and kick them down. It's essentially a shortcut once you've progressed a little. they are a future shortcut once you find the top of the ladder and drop it down. lol I think I’m stuck on the same thing.
