The University High School (abbreviated as UHS or Uni High) is a government-funded co-educational secondary day school, located in the Melbourne suburb of Parkville, Victoria, Australia. As of 2022, 1,708 students attended the school.
Our mission is that University High School will continue to be a state government secondary school within a knowledge precinct, providing outstanding education for local students while achieving excellent academic results and appropriate student pathways.

University High School is currently experiencing a high demand for enrolment and as a result, the Department has placed the school on an Enrolment Management Plan. This means places can only be allocated to students inside our designated neighbourhood area (school zone), and students with a sibling at the same permanent address who are attending the school concurrently.
University High School. This co-educational government secondary school, situated in Story Street, Parkville, was opened in February 1910 as the University Practising School, the name University High School being adopted in 1912.
