1982. Established in 1982, UWC Adriatic is the first UWC to be set up in a non-English speaking country. The College is located on an open campus in the picturesque coastal village of Duino, just a few kilometres from the border with Slovenia in a region that is a meeting place of Germanic, Latin and Slav cultures.
