Ty Monroe Murray (born October 11, 1969), is an American nine-time World Champion professional rodeo cowboy. He was one of the top rodeo contestants in the world from the late 1980s to early 2000s. He is one of the co-founders and a board adviser of the Professional Bull Riders (PBR). From 2005 to 2020, he was also a regular color commentator for several televised PBR events.

Ty Murray is a rodeo legend who won nine all-around world championships and two bull riding titles. He rode bareback, saddle bronc and bulls with great skill and won the most money in a year, the most money at one rodeo and the highest scored bareback ride. He is recognized as a great all-around champion by his peers and inducted into the ProRodeo Hall of Fame in 2000.
Ty Murray is a seven-time all-around champion and a bull rider who won the PRCA Rookie of the Year in 1988. He was born in 1969 at Phoenix, Arizona, and rodeoed from age two. He competed on the NIRA and PRCA circuits, and won over $1 million in lifetime earnings. He is one of the top cowboys of all time.
