I have colored pencils that I refuse to use because I can't replace them, or they're ridiculously expensive. There are purchases I low key regret making, like the 520 Brutfuner pencils, or Castle Art. I have discount store pencils that only work well on expensive watercolor paper for some ridiculous reason.

At most, Roger's panicking about the paint thing seems to show he's worried about being filed alongside his father as a 'bad guy'...and since the evidence is just 'sitting there' in Fritz's office, it can pretty much be picked out just like Tylor did.
