25 de ene. de 2007 · Lost in the synthesizer laden shallows of the 80's is this gem of a power trio featuring Legends, guitarist Robin Trower and bassist Jack Bruce, as well as Reg Isadore and Bill Lorden drums. The Trower/Bruce two album collaboration totally escaped my notice until recently when I came across the video tracks on Youtube while looking for something else.
On Truce, Jack Bruce and Robin Trower, minus drummer Bill Lordan, carried on in the BLT heavy blues rock mode of their previous album. Behind the skins this time around was Reg Isidore, also a veteran of Trower's band. It didn't really matter who manned the kit, though, because neither album lived up to its full potential.
