Troy Michael Kotsur (Mesa, Arizona, 24 de julio de 1968) es un actor estadounidense con discapacidad auditiva. Ya desde la secundaria se sintió atraído por el mundo actoral. [1] Realizó estudios de actuación en la Universidad Gallaudet, y comenzó una carrera con predominio de actuaciones teatrales.
Troy Michael Kotsur (/ ˈ k ɒ t s ər /; born July 24, 1968) is an American actor. Born deaf, Kotsur made his acting debut in the late 1980s working with the National Theatre of the Deaf. His television debut was in a 2001 episode of Strong Medicine and his film debut was in the 2007 thriller The Number 23.
