History. We’ve been in Sheen for more than 80 years, with generations of boys passing through our doors. Our alumni evenings are well attended, with friendships formed in the school lasting, more often than not, for life. The School was founded in September 1931 with 3 boys. Tower House was previously a School of Music.
I attended Tower House School around 1942 through to 1947-app. I can remember PT teacher Mr Roberson very well, I loved running , so did he and he gave me a lot of help and advise.. I did win a few of the schools cross country races in Richmond Park. I found the school and teachers helpful at all times. Yours . Reg Brewer. By Reg Brewer.
About Bowden House. We are a special, weekly residential school committed to supporting students between the ages of 9 - 16+ who present with a range of complex, social, emotional and mental health difficulties.
Friends of Tower House (FOTH) website can be found at www.foth.org.uk. FOTH is made up of parents who work together to build a closer relationship between families and the school. We organise a wide range of events and raise money for the ‘nice-to-haves’, which can be anything from traditional musical instruments to the latest technology.

The Tower House staff don't like missing out on the fun though! They also regularly take to the stage performing to parents and friends of the school. Performances such as Fawlty Towers, Only Fools and Horses, 'Allo 'Allo and Father Ted have been extremely well received and appreciated – showing the great camaraderie among the teachers at THS.
