Todd Harry Rundgren (født 22. juni 1948 i Philadelphia i Pennsylvania) er en amerikansk musiker, låtskriver og plateprodusent. Han er kanskje mest kjent som stilskapende gitarist og som produsent av Meat Loafs episke album Bat Out of Hell fra 1977.
