Timothy Spall is an English actor and presenter, known for his roles in theatre, film and television. He has worked with director Mike Leigh on six of his films, including Mr. Turner, The King's Speech and The Last Temptation of Christ. He was appointed Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE) in 2000 and won the Cannes Film Festival Best Actor Award in 2014.
