Timothy Charles Smith (3 July 1961 – 21 July 2020) was an English musician, record producer and music video director. A singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, Smith rose to prominence as the frontman of the rock band Cardiacs, [4] which he co-founded with his brother Jim. [5] .

Smith y su hermano Jim formaron Cardiacs (denominados originalmente Cardiac Arrest), en 1977. Entre 1980 y 2007 publicaron ocho álbumes.
