Colin Flooks, známý jako Cozy Powell ( 29. prosince 1947, Cirencester, Anglie – 5. dubna 1998) byl britský rockový bubeník. Svou hudební kariéru začal ve skupině The Sorcerers v roce 1965. V roce 1971 vstoupil do Jeff Beck Group se kterou nahrál dvě alba, potom hrál sólově a založil skupinu Bedlam.

Cozy Powell released his second solo album in 1981 following his departure from Rainbow and a brief stint working with ex-Rainbow man Graham Bonnet. Although many of the star guests who graced "Over the top" return to help out once more, others are brought in both to help with the song writing and the performances.
Cozy Powell (born Colin Trevor Flooks; 29 December 1947 – 5 April 1998) was an English drummer who made his name with major rock bands and artists such as The Jeff Beck Group, Rainbow, Michael Schenker Group, Gary Moore, Graham Bonnet, Brian May, Whitesnake, Emerson, Lake & Powell, and Black Sabbath.. Powell appeared on at least 66 albums, with contributions on many other recordings.

For the most part the instrumentals are like Jeff Beck cast-offs and Cozy's snare is very tinny on some tracks but the album is notable for a rare Jeff Beck/Jack Bruce pairing and it does contain one classic, 'Living A Lie' with an amazing vocal performance by Frank Aiello.
