Thurston Joseph Moore (Coral Gables, Florida, 25 de julio de 1958) es un músico estadounidense conocido por ser vocalista, guitarrista, compositor y cofundador de la banda de rock Sonic Youth y Chelsea Light Moving.Ha colaborado en numerosos proyectos musicales y ha grabado más de una decena de discos solistas, además es el fundador de la compañía discográfica Ecstatic Peace!.
Thurston Joseph Moore (born July 25, 1958) is an American guitarist, singer and songwriter best known as a member of the rock band Sonic Youth.He has also participated in many solo and group collaborations outside Sonic Youth, as well as running the Ecstatic Peace! record label. Moore was ranked 34th in Rolling Stone ' s 2004 edition of the "100 Greatest Guitarists of All Time".
