Three Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest is the fourth album released by Béla Fleck and the Flecktones, released in 1993. It is the band's only release as a trio, after the departure of Howard Levy but before the arrival of Jeff Coffin.
The remaining trio, consisting of Fleck and the Wooten brothers, recorded their fourth album, Three Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest. "'Once we started rehearsing, everything was fine,' said Fleck. 'We started finding ways to sound good, and it was real exciting.'"

Después de la partida de Levy, Fleck y los hermanos Wooten se reagruparon en el álbum Three Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest. El saxofonista Jeff Coffin se unió a la banda a partir del álbum Left of Cool .
