Theodor Raoul Bleckmann (born 28 May 1966) [1] is a German singer and composer. Biography. Bleckmann was born in Dortmund, West Germany. [1] . He planned to be an ice skater before becoming a vocalist. In 1989 he moved to New York City and recorded his first two albums, Theo & Kirk (1992) and Looking Glass River (1995) with Kirk Nurock.
Theo Bleckmann (* 28. Mai 1966 in Dortmund als Theodor Raoul Bleckmann) ist ein deutscher Jazzsänger und Komponist, der im Grenzbereich von Jazz, Neuer, elektronischer Musik und Performance arbeitet. Er wurde für den Grammy nominiert und mit dem ECHO Jazz der deutschen Phono Akademie ausgezeichnet.
