Elliot Ingber (fødd 24. august 1941) er ein amerikansk gitarist.I 1966 var han med på å starte Frank Zappa sitt Mothers of Invention og vart med på debutalbumet Freak Out! Etter at han fekk sparken Frank Zappa, hjelpte Ingber å danne Fraternity of Man, som gav ut to album.Han vart sidan med i Captain Beefheart's Magic Band der han fekk scenenamnet Winged Eel Fingerling av Beefheart.
