The Yayhoos are an American country rock group led by Eric "Rosco" Ambel (Joan Jett & The Blackhearts) with Dan Baird (The Georgia Satellites). They were called "the Traveling Wilbury 's of Now Americana" and "the rig-rock supergroup from heck".
The Yayhoos’ knack for inspired choices in cover material is represented here by a timely revival of the O’Jays’ ’70s soul classic “Love Train” and an exuberant reading of “Roam,” by noted Southern rockers the B-52’s.
The Yayhoos haven’t performed as The Yayhoos for almost 10 years. We’ve all missed it and have decided to test the waters by going out for a couple long weekends this August. We hoped to present these dates to you when they were final but we got scooped while we were still in progress.

The Yayhoos, es uno de esos supergrupos de rock and roll americano, vienen a Valencia, presentando su segundo disco "Put the Hammer Down" y liderados por Eric Ambel, miembro the Del-Lords y Joan Jett's Blackhearts y guitarrista principal de Steve Earle con su banda de acompañamiento The Dukes (2000/2005).
