With the recent passing of John Wooden, the HBO documentary "UCLA the Dynasty" is more relevant than ever. It covers the UCLA basketball program from 1964 through 1975. I'm a UCLA alumn and went there during some of those years, so I'm biased to begin with, but this documentary is brilliant despite my being pre-dispossed to enjoy it.

The center of the book revolves around head coach John Wooden and how he shaped his teams that became an absolute dynasty, one of which sports fans will never ever see again. From 1964-75 UCLA won 10 titles, including seven in a row.
