Hace 1 día · 法庭線 The Witness. 鄧桂思死因研訊整合（一）｜從「開漏藥」到「死於不幸」 8年來發生過的事. 2024.05.15 09:45. 2016 年，43 歲的鄧桂思因不適求診聯合醫院，被確診腎病，獲處方高劑量類固醇。 鄧其後出現急性肝病須換肝，其長女曾提出捐肝，但因未成年被拒；之後有好心人願捐肝，但鄧的肝功能仍轉差，須再接受屍肝捐贈。 經歷兩度換肝，鄧延至同年 8 月不治，遺下丈夫及兩名女兒。 醫管局事後調查事件，解釋兩名涉事醫生在處方高劑量類固醇時，沒同時處方抗病毒藥，致鄧乙肝復發，而開漏藥因「警覺度不足」；兩醫生除就此接受醫委會紀律聆訊外，警方亦曾進行刑事調查，兩人於 2023 年一度被控誤殺，之後獲撤控。
