Released: April 21, 2014. The Team EP (stylized as The TEAM ep) is an extended play (EP) by American alternative rock band Local H. The Team EP is the first Local H release to feature drummer Ryan Harding, who joined the band in November 2013, and was initially sold exclusively at Local H concerts.

Local H is an American rock band originally formed by guitarist and vocalist Scott Lucas, bassist Joe Pletcher, drummer Joe Daniels, and lead guitarist John Sparkman in Zion, Illinois in 1990. The members all met in high school in 1987 and founded Local H three years later. After Sparkman's departure in 1991 and Garcia's departure in 1993, Local H continued as an unorthodox two-piece setup.
Local H, whose members during this time period were Scott Lucas and original drummer Joe Daniels, toured the U.S. non-stop for two years after As Good As Dead was released, headlining their own small and large club shows; opening for Silverchair in bigger venues and Stone Temple Pilots in even bigger arenas (including Madison Square Garden in New York and Rosemont Horizon in Chicago); and ...
