Now I realize the Anna Wintour world of fashion is a celebration of art and glamour through clothing.
The September Issues is a bi-annual, independently published art, fashion and culture magazine featuring women and gender non-conforming contributors. Since our inception in 2016, our dual mission is to make fashion a feminist issue, and to be a platform for a global community of artists who are underrepresented in mainstream media.
