- About Us
The Royal Masonic School for Girls (RMS) is a private school in Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire, England, with day and boarding pupils. The school was instituted in 1788, with the aim of caring for the daughters of poor Freemasons. In 1978, the school opened to girls beyond the daughters of freemasons.
Each RMS girl is an individual and that unique quality is prized above all in a supportive environment that breeds a healthy self-confidence and high self-esteem. Boarding also thrives at RMS and extra-curricular provision is diverse and highly valued.
School fees are payable in advance, on or before the first day of term for all pupils. Please see individual tabs below for adhoc and Breakfast and Late Club session charges. We offer a range of scholarships in Year 7 and Year 12, successful candidates can also apply for means-tested bursaries.
