The Rich Kids fue una banda de punk y power pop formada en 1977 por el bajista Glen Matlock (voz, bajo eléctrico ), después de haber salido de su grupo, Sex Pistols, junto con Steve New ( guitarra eléctrica) y Rusty Egan ( batería ), uniéndoseles poco después el futuro cantante de Ultravox Midge Ure (voz, guitarra, teclados). Rich Kids were a short-lived new wave band from London, founded in 1977 by Glen Matlock following his departure from the Sex Pistols. The band also included future Ultravox member Midge Ure and Rusty Egan, who both later founded Visage together.
