1 de ene. de 2001 · Relic is the first book in the Pendergast series co-written by Douglas Preston and Lincoln Child. I'd heard of the books and knew they were highly recommended, but I never dove into them. Recently, a blogger friend suggested I give the series a chance (thanks Mae), so I ordered Relic from the library and read this 1995 hit.
"The Relic" ist ein sehr geradliniger Monsterfilm, der vielleicht ein wenig zu lange braucht, um Monster und Gore zu zeigen, aber er ist stilvoll, hat gute Schauspieler und Schauspielerinnen und wurde mit einem anständigen Budget gedreht, was man auf dem Bildschirm auch sieht.
16 de mar. de 2022 · "The relic" es por lo tanto un espectáculo entretenido y sin pretensiones, dirigido por el irregular Peter Hyams ("Atmosfera cero", "El fin de los días"). La acción, el terror, la intriga e incluso el humor (simples pinceladas, como la muerte del becario rival de la protagonista), se entremezclan tejiendo esta oscura película sospechosamente parecida a muchos otros precedentes.
