Gentle giant - power and the glory is more trippy than i remembered. Like seriously cogs and cogs is psychedelic asf, anyone else think so too? E: also the original mix for this album is insanely good, it really makes it sound unique.
Funny enough, my dad played his GG records all the time for us kids growing up. It wasn’t until I heard the Battles album Atlas in around 07 or so and I thought wait a minute. This has been done before. And I dove back into GG and YES. But I liked that heavier almost metal sound so Free and Hand and Power and the Glory spoke to me first.
