8 de may. de 2024 · County honour for Perse tennis player. Etienne Lamb (Year 7) has received a special award for his contribution to county tennis at Wimbledon.. The talented tennis player picked up the accolade during the LTA Surrey Tennis awards presentation at the All England Lawn Tennis Club after being unbeaten in boys’ U11 singles matches while representing the county in the national cup competition in 2023.
Hace 6 días · Perse Prep table tennis players were a big hit as they won multiple medals at the IAPS (independent Association of Prep Schools) national finals at Edge Grove. Arabella and Marianne (both Year 6) won silver and bronze respectively in the girls’ U11 competition and George (Year 6) claimed bronze in the boys’ U11 category, while Charles (Year 5) performed well in the same section.

7 de may. de 2024 · Dr Ken Edwards. It is with great sadness that we report the death of Dr Ken Edwards, former Chair of the Perse Governing Board, who died on 1 May 2024 aged 90. Dr Edwards was Chair of Governors from 2001 to 2009 and led the Board successfully through a period of strategic change, culminating in The Perse’s move to full co-education and expansion.

Viwe Wood (Upper Sixth) has got a kick out of being selected for the Lambs rugby squad for their summer tour of South Africa and Namibia.. The Perse 1st XV player will head off with the Lambs – the England independent schools representative squad – for a series of matches in July.

Thirteen students from the School of Science and Technology, Singapore (SST) visited the Upper and joined a group of Year 10 design & technology (DT) students in trying to make new products for domestic use combining originality, style, functionality and sustainability.
