A sweet and charming book of verse from the satirical Mr John Lennon, which was a pleasant surprise as I was, as many are, familiar with his huge back catalogue of Beatles songs, but this book contains both books that were published; In his own write & A spainaird in the works, which has many references to Lear and Carroll and is well worth a read and also includes some very quirky drawings too.
