My 3 month old is a pretty decent sleeper and can go down "drowsy but awake" for first 2 naps of the day and bedtime with just a pacifier (he doesn't get a stretch longer than 3-4 hours most nights but im thinking that's still pretty normal at this age since he falls back asleep easily after 10-15 minutes of nursing).
