  4. English. The English faculty's aim is to help our students develop as happy, thoughtful, confident and tolerant young people. Our intent is to foster the skill, interest, curiosity and determination required for students to become lifelong learners. We want all students to share our love of the English language and its literature.

  5. Benjamin Senior (born 2 July 1982) went to The Mountbatten School, and attended Barton Peveril between 1998 and 2000, studying A-level art. He returned to Barton Peveril to teach art between 2006 and 2008 before going on to Winchester School of Art. He then went on to do a MA at the Royal College of Art, Britain’s most prestigious art college.

  7. The Geography department has three well-resourced classrooms. Geography lends itself to visual resources and the projectors are in constant use bringing stimulating, real-life issues into our classrooms. We have access to 32 Google Chromebooks and subscribe to Digimaps for Schools giving all students access to Geographical Information Systems.
