The layout and graphics are very well thought-out, kudos to Dave Brown for doing a spectacular job. If you loved the show you will love this book, I promise. Read more.
In The Mighty Book of Boosh, it is revealed The Hitcher trained a man called Ian in the ways of a Cockney. Ian later goes on to become Jack the Ripper, and the Hitcher murders him as punishment for 'slashing Women'. He also appears in Coconut form in the series two episode "The Nightmare of Milky Joe".

The first series of The Mighty Boosh was originally broadcast between 18 May 2004 and 6 July 2004. It features five main cast members: Julian Barratt, Noel Fielding, Rich Fulcher, Michael Fielding and Dave Brown, and centres on Howard Moon and Vince Noir (Julian Barratt and Noel Fielding), and the adventures they have whilst working at a zoo.
Appears in Series One, Episode Six, "Charlie". The protagonist of Vince Noir's books, Charlie is made of used bubblegum, has a mustache, and wears a bowler hat. At one point in time, Charlie had Inuits living inside of him. They later died, for which Charlie feels great guilt.
