Hace 5 días · I also tried a firmware update, and then a factory reset through the firmware software black magic camera 8.4. I was able to see the device and run the update ( camera 8.4 as suggested through email support), this had no effect on the camera. When I did the update the screen did come on and show the update progress so I know the screen is working.

Hace 6 días · My pocket cinema 4k seems to be bricked. Whenever I turn it on, it just displays a solid blue background with 1/3 markers. It doesn't do anything else. If I turn off, it stays on the blue screen until battery runs out. If I just remove batter and and use external power, it does same thing, but off button turns it off.
Hace 5 días · If you are using the new object mask and not the person mask: 1. Apply the magic mask on the first clip and track it. 2. Copy the grade to the other clips. 3. Click the 3 dots menu on the magic mask panel -> Regenerate Object Mask -> All Clips. This will re-track all the clips with magic mask on the timeline. Top.

OK, clarification: Your laptop should have some kind of external videoport, be it HDMI or Displayport. Normally you should be able to connect any monitor to that, configure Windows to extend the display, and choose "dualscreen" in the DaVinci menus-> Workspace.
