So bored of the cliched last-minute “Calvary”. Obviously it is iconic and fantastic when done well (Rohan’s arrival is one of the best scenes in movie history) but it’s so trite and overdone. Is it possible to have a great climactic battle without “on your left” or Stannis Baratheon suddenly swooping in?
