It’s the same rule you’ve always known. “Apostrophe-S unless it ends in an S. Then the apostrophe goes at the end.”. I’m writing it would technically be: Gentlemen’s Tea Ladies’ Tea. This being correct, if it were used in a sign, you might see them not use the apostrophe for the Ladies because they think it’s clunky.
