El 1 de octubre del 2013 se dio a conocer que el próximo libro a adaptar sería The Silver Chair, y no The Magician´s Nephew como se tenía planeado en un inicio. Luego de que Walden Media perdiera los derechos de producción de Las Crónicas de Narnia, se confirmó que The Mark Gordon Company sería la encargada de producir esta nueva película.

Not always, but in this case I will not argue the case of The Magician's Nephew being on the equal plain as The Lion, The Witch, and the Wardrobe as the best of Seven. I am not going to short change this review with any dishonesty or grandiousity towards how much intrigue I felt in the first reading and a second reading of this book.
