  4. 17 de ago. de 2004 · Howard Kaylan has long been my favorite male vocalist, and for my money his dual vocals with Mark on JABFLA are the best anyone ever recorded with Zappa. And I'll never forget the night in San Diego when Flo & Eddie (with Aynsley Dunbar, Don Preston, et. al.) STOLE a concert from Loggins and Messina and The Allman Brothers (post-Duane).

The first two albums are essentially the Mother's of Invention with a different guitar player. Flo & Eddie, especially those first two albums, are more like an updated version of the Turtles with some twisted Zappa influence in evidence.
